CEVA Logistics Commerce EMEA, based in the Netherlands, is a key regional branch of CEVA Logistics, offering end-to-end supply chain and e-commerce solutions. CEVA Logistics supports its customers across multiple business lines – including e-commerce fulfilment and lifecycle management services for leading telecom providers such as Vodafone, Hollandsnieuwe and Simpel.
Challenge
To support its rapidly growing telecom and e-commerce business, CEVA Logistics aimed to improve process efficiency and service quality within its lifecycle management operations. The challenge was to identify and implement improvements across multiple customer programs while ensuring seamless collaboration between internal teams and external partners.
Solution and deliverables
