Challenge
The role of supply chain planning manager was temporarely vacant which resulted in an interim request. Lotus Bakeries faced the challenge of maintaining operational continuity and performance across its Planning and Customer Service functions. The two teams needed consistent leadership to manage day-to-day operations, safeguard service levels, and identify opportunities for process improvement during this interim period.
Solution and deliverables
