1. Profile
In a meeting with you, we draw up a profile for the ideal candidate. We discuss what expectations you have of the candidate in terms of experience and personality, the tasks he or she will perform and the scope of the position. We discuss what challenges there are within your company's supply chain, what the industry-specific challenges are, and whether there are certain changes that need to be made.
2. Introduction

3. Onboarding
We coordinate the onboarding process and together ensure that the new interim professional has a successful start within the supply chain team in your company. In doing so, we align expectations and put concrete agreements and goals on paper.
4. Success
During a periodic follow-up we discuss how the candidate is performing in the interim position. Are you satisfied, is the professional satisfied and are the objectives met?
